The "N.W. Weavers Study Group of Las Vegas" meets at my home the first Saturday of each month. Each month we discuss different weaves and decide what we would like to weave at home for the next month.
New samplers will be added as we complete our study group projects.
SAMPLER 1

We went to the Weavepoint program on my computer and designed some little patterns. We also checked some of our weaving books for designs too.

We decided to select the pattern "Warp-and Weft-Faced Lampas", pages 101-103 from the book "The Best of Weaver's - Thick 'n Thin" edited by Madelyn van der Hoogt. These are the samples that we made from this pattern.

SAMPLER 3
Our Study Group met on Saturday August 29, 2009 at my home. We decided that we wanted to try to weave with our cards also called tablets on our inkle looms. Jan Flores, Audrey Strehlow, Holli Barber and me, Maurine Adrezin were at my home.

SAMPLER 4
Our study group met at my home on October 3, 2009. Audrey Strehlow, Jan Flores and I, Maurine Adrezin were there. We all worked on our inkle looms doing our card/tablet weaving.
